Alicia Shave - Head Groomer

Alicia trained with one of the leading dog groomers in the UK.  She attained her Level 3 City and Guilds qualification with distinction in 2012.  Alicia started the business that year, and is the founding member of the Company as it stands today.  Her dedication to ensure we offer the very best service to dog owners in the Swindon area is what continually drives our business forward.

Ash Brothers - Assistant Groomer

Ash completed her work expereince with us when she was 15.  She then went on to work with us on Saturdays and more recently 3 days a week.  She has been trained by Alicia and is now a very competent grooming assistant.  

Tim Shave -  General  Manager

Tim worked as an accountant in the Corporate Finance Industry for over 20 years.  He looks after all aspects of the business ensuring we offer a Tip Top service whilst safeguarding the welfare of all dogs who visit us.

Hannah joined Tip Top Grooming in 2015 already with a wealth of knowledge and experience.  She spent 2 years at Lackham College, Wiltshire, where she completed the Extended Diploma in Animal Management.  She then went on to specialise in dog grooming completing her City & Guilds Level 2 qualification at Abingdon and Witney College and then her Level 3 City & Guilds qualification here at Tip Top Grooming.   Hannah is now developing her own client base, operating from our new premises.

Fleur originally joined Tip Top Grooming in 2016 as an apprentice and successfully completed her Level 3 City and Guilds qualification.  She continued to work with us up until 2018 when she took time out to start a family.  We are pleased to announce that after working with us part time over the last 3 months Fleur will now be operatating independantly from our salon developing her own client base.  She will initially be working on Saturdays and has availability from January 2023.  You can contact Fleur directly or through Tip Top Grooming.
